“In the Army we always had to arrive 10 minutes prior to any scheduled time or formation, so being on time is something I am pretty good at. We also had to stay fit and that always stuck with me. We had physical training every morning, and to this day I am addicted to exercise. Delicious also notes that “when it comes to running my own sites, consistency is key and that is something I learned well in the military. You also learn to work with all sorts of people as a team.
